Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone have a lovely time with family and friends.
We are off to the coast for the weekend looking forward to the beach fishing sleeping seeing family and just spending time together.

Easter Weekend

We are of to my mum's again for easter break we cant wait. We shall be taking our new family member with us and im sure he will have such a great time. So these few days until Thursday ill be packing and cleaning.

The shadwick family is very busy and very happy! There is alot outside our lives going on but we do try and rise above it and work together and make life better for our kids and us.

In te house hold today Joel is playing outside with Bailey and Chloe is sleeping and eating. I hope everyone is having a lovely day.

Rememeber family is so very special, make each second count.

Welcome Camelli

Welcome Camelli

On the second lastnight of our mini break Chris come down to oick us up and take us home on Sunday! We get a phone call at my mums at 10 pm. It was my sister telling mum she was in some pain. After Getting of the phone to her mum seemed a little overwhelmed. Val called back and i spoke to her after speaking to her i knew she was in full blown labour with 2 minutes contrations she was not going to make it to hospital. Chris and i headed out there to look after my neices when we got there the ambulance was still there and as i walked into the front door i relaised within seconds Valarie was giving birth to her baby. After a few minutes past we heard the baby crying for the first time i got to see the girls faces of there little sister crying for the first time. I still think about that moment alot, i feel so proud of my sister she did it all herself no drugs nothing after this being her third baby. :) Go Sis.

So at 11 30 pm roughly Camelli Marie Gautier was born.

Im a very proud Aunty of Three Gorgeous Girls.

Mini Break Part One

Our little Mini break was so much fun! Just me and the kids, Stayed at there nana's my mum's. Having a break from th kids and just spending time with just Joel. Although we did miss Daddy very much.

Mini break!!

Had a wonderful mini break away!! I have lots of gossip and wonderful advantures to share! Shall sit down when i have 10 mins free and write it all down. The High light would have to be hearing my sister give birth to my little neice it was truly amazing. xox

Packing

We are currently packing in the household. We are off to go and stay with my mum/ Nana. It's going to be a wodnerful break and time to jsut relax for myself, and get some nice cuddles with my mummy! Leaving on the Monday the 8th and be back on sunday the 14th. The only thing im not looking forward is leaving my best friend at home. He is looking forward as he mite get a full night sleep. Our miss Chloe has been very naughty and not sleeping.

This week has been a nice week a little exhausting as of the lack of sleep, otherwise busy.

We shall ave lots of fun gossip once we are back in canberra.

Rolling and Laughing

Chloe Elizabeth is rolling and lauging! Beautiful little girl has us all smitten. Our little girl has a very strong personailty already. Chloe knows what she wants and when she wants it. I think sometimes she reminds me of Joel but only in looks she has her own personalitly which is so stronger then Joel's.

Pur little princess has brought so much joy in this house hold. I love the way i see Chris looks at her when she smiles its such an amazing breathe taking look. He is truly in love with his little girl.
I know myself she is so much like me in so many ways. I love her beautiful smile when she see's me walk into the room. :)

Anyway our Chloe is 4 months old and gorgeous and doing great.

A wonderful Weekend

Well the Shadwick family had a wonderful weekend. We went fishing. we went to the lake and feed the swans and ducks, played at the park.

A day in the Shadwick house hold.

We all woke bright and early, 6 am Chris got up with Joel getting ready for work, Chloe and i layed in bed until Chris has to leave for work and then we get out of bed. We say goodbye at the door. I make myself toast and a coffee/tea depending on my mood. Make Joel his breakfest he usually will tell me what he would like it mostly always is toast with butter which is peanut butter!! He has a small tea also very cute. Chloe lays on the floor playing with her toys giggle and rolling, ill give her a milk as we sit down to have breakfest and she will be back in bed at 8am. Then Joel and i start our day. This usally will be cleaning making beds etc.. We love cooking together Joel and i.

We always go for a walk in the afternoon before Daddy get's home, sometimes well wait out the front for him. This afternoon we went fishing which was extra fun, Chloe and i sat on the edge watching Joel and his Daddy fish Joel nearly brought in a fish but it got away! :(  He was so excited.

Then we come home to a beautiful clean house which doesn't happen alot these days hehe had some dinner watched alittle bit of tv Joel had a bath got in to his pj's and went to bed. Chloe also has a nice bath with her big brother they love having baths together. Chloe in her PJ's bed with a milk of to sleep she goes she is a wonderful little baby truly blessed.

My neighbours invitd me over to watch a movie with them, as usually i didn't want to go as of the kids but Chris made me go im glad he did it was great having some me time with my wonderful neighbours! We are so very lucky to have such a great neighbours these days it hard to come bye.

Then come home to the worlds best partner and father, went of to bed read my book fell asleep in his arms.

Great day overall, these days are hard to come bye with full on children but iv learned it's truly what you make it.

Looking back

Chris and i were sitting down lastnight thinking back on how much Joel has grown, how  hard it was when we had no idea how to be parents. We have come along way but still have so many pot holes in the road. Sometimes they are really big holes and we have to claim out, sometimes they are just a little one we can walk over. Life is full of challenges, i wouldn't change any of the ones Chris and i have seen in our little life together. Our little man is two, three in october looking back on all those gorgeous photos of him as a gorgeous baby i thought i would do a little timeline from birth to now.

The one amazing thing about Joel that i would like to share is that he knew the first time he saw Chloe she was his. Truly breathe taking,

He will always have a very special place in our hearts our baby Joel he taught us alot as parents and in our relationship. Those big brown eyes just like his daddy's melts my heart everyday.

Sunday Fun

Our Sundays we try and do family things just the four of us! We did some some cleaning in the morning which is always a challange with my toddler.

Chris made us a yummy lunch of nachos.

Then we spent the afternoon watching Chris new found sport UFC Ultimate Fighting Championship. Which was different. While Chris watched and Joel slept. Chloe and i went for a nice walk to the shops and brought myself a splice i truly forgot how good they were.

Before we went out to dinner with Chris dad we decided to have a quick water fight out the front which was so much fun. Chris, Joel and i. I do believe i lost as i was the one dripping wet! :)

Overrall we had a wonderful weekend. We try and make our Sundays extra special.

Introducing the Family

This is me Sarah not the best photo of me but im not one for photos i like being on the other end of them. :) Im 23 turning 24 in May. I have two beautiful Children may i just childbirth is a wonderful experience. I have a wonderful little man and a gorgeous little princess. I could never imagine the true joy they bring to my life. Im engaged to a truly wonderful man, i love all his faults and well he has a few hehe. We have been together 5 years in August the 23rd. My life changed the momemt i meet him he truly brought me to knowing myself. Well thats a little about me. There will be lots more to come.

My Partner Chris, the father of my two beautilful children, who are his world and adore them so very much. The way they look at him i can say they think his there everything.
Chris is a mechanic going on three years and has already been signed off a year early. He is a true machanic loves his job, a really hard worker. He loves playing xbox and yes he is a bit of a nerd loves reading, he has insoired me to read too.  Well thats just a little about the man who owns my heart but there will be more. The photo below is one that he is smiling in which he gets a hard time about his not one to smile in photos but when he does smile your heart will melt.

Joel Cecil Shadwick  is the our son who was born on the 9 10 07. 8 pounds 4 ounes. His middle name is named after Chris's Pop. Come into our world and blow it all away. He is an amazing little boy. Who learning to use the toilet. Very fun stage hehe. He has a little sister who adore him and a mummy and daddy who give into him way to much. He has a best friend Noah who sadly moved away. Chloe Elizabeth Shadwick is our little girl, born on the  19 10 09.  7 pounds and 14 ounces. Her Name was just something really loved couldn't decided which we liked better  so we went with both. She has us all smitten.

Not a very happy little girl!! But this is our chloe.

Welcome to the blog of the Shadwick Family. My partner and i have been together five years this August. We have two beautiful children. Chris, Myself (Sarah) Joel and Chloe make up this beauitful Shadwick family.

This Blog is going to be just all about us and what we are doing, were we are going, the children growing and learning. Planning a huge event in Chris and our life our wedding. Cant wait to share with all my ideas and love to hear your comments on them.
